Our tenants are trained from the start that the rent payment is first priority. We require rent to be paid online through the tenant portal on the 1st of every month and is considered late after the 2nd of the month.
By making it easy for tenants to pay their rent we are able to disburse the proceeds to you faster. Rents are generally deposited to owner accounts on the 5th day of each month.
