We are committed to earning your confidence and trust every single month. If you are dissatisfied with our service and wish to move on, you may cancel your management agreement at the end of any lease term with no penalty and we will make the transition as smooth as possible. We do not collect management fees until your property is rented and rent has been collected. We market your property, screen applicants, handle all paperwork, and complete a move-in inspection before any management fees are due. If a tenant we place does not fulfill at least 9 months of their lease term, we will find you a qualified replacement at no charge. For new clients who list their property at our recommended market rental rate, if we are unable to lease your home within 30 days we will waive your first month's management fee — no questions asked.

For every pet we approve, we back it with up to $1,000 in damage protection above and beyond what the security deposit covers. It is also worth noting that a strict no-pet policy significantly narrows your pool of prospective tenants — and regardless of pet policy, all landlords are required by law to accommodate verified service animals. Allowing approved pets with proper screening gives you access to a larger, well-qualified applicant pool while keeping your property protected.
