  • Brad has been a prominent figure in the Colorado real estate industry for over 25 years. Brad was the CEO of the second largest real estate company in the state with over 1500 agents and 51 offices and is a former United States Air Force Officer, having served in an F-16 Fighter Wing during Desert Storm. Brad is licensed in the state of Colorado as a Managing Broker and REALTOR and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

  • Pam Butler holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and is a former Project Manager with companies such as Sun Microsystems, BDM Technologies, US West/Dex, Homes and Land of Greater Denver and Surrounding Areas, and has worked with the Business Implementation Team at Apple. Pam has been involved in the real estate industry for several years and has a solid understanding of rental property management, process automation, scheduling and customer support. Pam’s approach to helping customers solve problems is “Let’s find out Together” if she is presented with a complex situation that involves research and understanding.

  • Julia is a Colorado native and a dual citizen of the United States and Poland. Julia also holds 2 masters degrees, including an MBA and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Colorado. Having grown up in the Colorado Springs area, Julia has expertise and extensive knowledge of the area to assist renters in finding their new home and help owners in assessing market rental rates.

  Showing/Inspections Coordinator
  • Amy is our showings and inspections specialist and helps renters find their new home with Timberline Property Management. She uses our advanced management tools, including our own company inspections app to document property conditions upon move in and move out. Amy brings an added level of professionalism, accuracy and service to our property showings and inspections. At Timberline Property Management, we believe it is important for prospective renters to recognize they will be dealing with people who care, as well as the latest technology tools.
